🇺🇸 I wanted to share with you a habit I’ve had for a few months now : Warm Lemon Water first thing in the morning. Just add the juice of half a lemon to a warm cup of water, let it infuse a little, and drink :) It has become for me a real craving now and it is really great for numerous reasons.
