It’s called Food – Avocado Egg sandwich

🇺🇸You need :

– Whole wheat bread toasted (I only had white bread for this one but it is healthier to use whole wheat)

– 1 Ripe Avocado

– 1 hard-boiled egg

– 1 Tomato

– 1/2 Red onion (Optional)

– Lettuce

– Juice form one Lime, Salt and Pepper

Mix everything in a bowl (Except the lettuce) and add to your bread ; you can also add a little green or tomato salad on the side :)

Delicious and healthy!

🇫🇷Il vous faut :

– Du pain de mie aux céréales ou complet (J’ai fait celui-ci au pain blanc mais le complet est bien meilleur)

-1 Avocat mûr

– 1 Oeuf dur

– 1 Tomate

– 1/2 oignon rouge (Si vous aimez)

– 2 feuilles de laitue

– Jus d’un citron vert, sel et poivre

Il suffit de tout mixer dans un bol (sauf la laitue) et de l’ajouter á votre pain et de l’accompagner avec une salade verte ou une salade de tomates :)

🇵🇹Ingredientes :

– Pão de forma de cereais ou integral (Usei pão branco aqui mas costumo usar integral, é bem melhor)

– 1 Abacate maduro

– 1 ovo cozido

– 1 tomate

– 1/2 cebola roxa (Se gostar)

– 2 folhas de alface

– Sumo de uma lima, sal e pimenta

Misturar todos os ingredientes (Menos a alface) e colocar no pão tostado ; também pode acompanhar com uma salada de alface ou de tomate :)
